Previously published in the Citizen Voice & Times: The Estill Action Group met Wednesday night to continue planning for the Twin City Trail Town trial run, which will fulfill requirements for the trail town application. The tentative date for the trial run is the same day as the annual Revive River Drive event on Labor Day weekend, Sept. 3, 2016. Trial runs are a required element of the trail town application.
